Alliancebankcard.net reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and any policies at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of such changes.
Terms
Ø Net 30 days from date of invoice on approved credit.
Prices
Ø All prices of items are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Ø In the event that the price of an item is listed with an incorrect price, we reserve the right upon notification to cancel the order.
Shipping
Ø Alliancebankcard.net uses UPS as its delivery service. All orders are packaged by Alliancebankcard.net and peanuts and paper are used for protection.
Ø We will not charge your credit card until your order is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email that will provide UPS tracking number.
Ø Order may take 1-3 days to process.
Ø If required information is missing from the order (i.e.entering a P.O. Box#) or an item has to be backordered, we will inform you, but this may delay your order.
Ø All orders are shipped via UPS and are bound by their schedule. We require a physical location; UPS do not ship to P.O.Box.
Ø Delivery time varies depending on which UPS shipping methods you choose.
Ø Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
Ø Shipping and tax differ. Your actual shipping cost will be calculated on checkout page. California State residents will be charged sales tax of 8.25%, unless proof of tax relief is provided.

Return Policy
Ø ABS offers a 15 days return policy on all merchandise. Items returned or exchanged must be in unused re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. A restocking charge of 20% the purchase price will be applied to your return or exchange
Ø The customer shall pay all freight on returns. All Shipping Charges are NON-Refundable.
Ø Defective item or an error on our part, we will ship another at our own expense upon return of the item.
Ø Defective item may be returned for replacement only within 15 days. After 15 days, the defective item can be repaired or replaced by the manufactures of the item within the warranty period of the item.
Ø No returns are accepted on software and consumables (labels, ribbons, receipt papers and other consumables).
Ø No returns or credit on any left over hardware due to over ordering or for any other reason on quoted projects.
Ø Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account only after receipt of returned items.
